Problems are increasing and getting more complex especially with remote working; everyone gets creative with solutions to keep on going.
Are the solutions reaching the optimum one? How would we know? Did we give each problem suitable weight in a reasonable time frame? Are there available tools that would help us get more accurate and efficient solutions?
Though we work remotely, we should not be isolated and ensure we overcome communication problems.
How could we overcome virtual work problems? Even if you know all the problem solving steps, it’s important to know exercises and techniques to actually execute each phase.
This workshop ensures that we dig deep to identify tools to help us solve virtual problems at work and provide critical thinking methods to cope with changing work environment in addition to craft worthy arguments. All we need is improving thinking by learning about tools and mental habits that produce the best thinking to reach meaningful patterns and insights. In the current situation we need to gain the confidence in assessing problems accurately, evaluate alternative solutions, and anticipate likely risks in evolving situations.
With problems critically analyzed and alternative solution are clear, decision making would be very easy and logical.
