Basma Nossair is the deputy CEO at Bbusinesss and the backbone of the entire company. A champion of transformational initiatives, Nossair employs a methodical and logical approach to operate companies, build and restructure departments, standardize policies and processes, and manage people and projects across different functions. Nossair has garnered 12 years of experience in the Learning & Development industry, 10 of which were spent in Bbusinesss. She holds a BA in International Business from the University of New Brunswick and an HR Diploma from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
Nossair is the kind of person everyone wants to talk to and hang out with. Known to her colleagues as Bosbos or Basbousa, she plays the role of BBiers’ Mommy, the Secret Keeper, Ms. Planning, the Safety Valve, and the World’s Best Negotiator. While she enjoys coloring and handcrafting, Nossair would rather spend her time planning events by the sea among her friends and their kids. She comes to the office every morning to ensure the morale is high and that everyone on the team achieves their personal and business goals.
Ragy Saleh serves the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Bbusinesss, with more than 20 years of experience in the education and learning field. He spent his first 8 working years as a high school English teacher, before shifting his career and delving into sales and business development in the training industry. Saleh earned his BA in English Literature and has worked between Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. He spent more than 10 years at the region’s most renowned training, learning, and development companies – including Bbusinesss, New Horizons, and Synergy.
Saleh is a foodie. His colleagues call him Abo Al Roog and depend on him to remind them of “food time”. While he enjoys playing tennis and football, he has a special interest in trying different cuisines and exotic foods. When he’s not in the office, he is usually chilling out at home – and probably exploring new meal ideas to try at the office the next day.
Noha Bakr is the Chief Operations Officer at Bbusinesss. While her role revolves around keeping all business operations running smoothly, her real job is to ensure that every person in the company feels comfortable. A vibrant and morning person, Bakr wakes up every morning at 6 am to answer calls, messages, and emails from her colleagues. Her mission is to offer support and motivation for the Bbusinesss superheroes.
Abdelrahman Obaid is the Commercial Director at Bbusinesss, where he leads and manages the company’s commercial activities across the entire MENA region. Frequently traveling to attend business meetings and training sessions, Obaid is better known as “Ibn Battuta” – the all-time traveler – among Bbusinesss’ customers. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and, over the past 16 years, has worked at Deraya, Synergy, and Global Knowledge before joining the company.
Obaid is a shopping enthusiast and big technology freak. If he’s not in the office, he would be slouching on his couch and spending hours either playing games, VRing, or testing the latest technology gadgets that he spends his money on.
Hany Sorour is the Learning & Development Subject Matter Expert at Bbusinesss, with more than 17 years of experience across the MEA region. As a trainer in intra-interpersonal skills and human development using emotional intelligence, Sorour is responsible for setting standards for the company’s products and services. He has an unrivaled passion for education and an ambition of adding value and strengthening business relationships wherever he works. Sorour holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Applied Arts with a specialization in Interior Design.
Sorour is an effective communicator, both, inside and outside the office. When he’s not using his superhero communication skills at work, Sorour is usually on his couch enjoying a PS4 game – FIFA 2020 in specific. He’s also into sports and loves football, squash, tennis, billiards, and bowling.

Yosra Hussein is a highly-skilled Senior Training and Development Consultant at Bbusinesss, where she conducts needs assessments, develops content, designs programs, and delivers workshops in corporates and schools. With 17 years of experience in the fields of education, learning, and development, Hussein has successfully delivered training workshops in Egypt, Lebanon, UAE, KSA, Oman, Tanzania, and Malaysia. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Cairo University and is certified from the Association of Talent & Development (ATD), Assessment & Development Consultants (A&DC), City & Guilds Group Business (ILM), and the Regional IT Institute (RITI).
Hussein is the person who inspires everyone around her, always spreading positive vibes and coming up with new ideas. Her colleagues love her company and call her Yoyo, Sosi, and Yosi. Hussein enjoys traveling to new places, organizing gatherings and events, and reading books. She also strives to transfer her knowledge in places where there’s no access to learning facilities, and frequently delivers training workshops across rural villages in Egypt and abroad.

Abeer Kabbag joined Bbusinesss as a Senior Training & Development Consultant with more than 12 years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering development workshops. As a specialized trainer in Human Resources, Management, and Human Development, Kabbag is deeply passionate about training and believes that her mission in life is to help people become more confident and knowledgeable. She holds an MBA with a specialization in HR from AASTMT and is a certified trainer from AUC SCE and the Regional IT Institute.
Kabbag is an outgoing, lively, and inspiring person who enjoys shopping, listening to music, reading books, and surfing the internet. She is a people-person at heart and is always outdoors spending time with her family and friends.

Mina Garas is a certified Business and Career Coach who joined Bbusinesss as Senior Training & Development Consultant. He previously served as the L&D Manager at Etisalat and has 15 years of experience, 10 of which were in the L&D industry. Garas holds a CIM Certificate from Moorhall, England and is a Certified Business and Career Coach (CDCC). He is also accredited from ICF and has conducted more than 200 coaching hours.
Garas is passionate about training and is living his dream: doing what he loves and being great at it. He enjoys watching movies and reading comic books.

Sherif Ezz El Din is a talented motivator and inspiring trainer who joined Bbusinesss as Senior Training and Development Consultant. In a career life that spanned 14 years, Ezz El Din has worked across different industries and sectors in the MENA region. This gave him the experience and exposure to deliver knowledge and help develop peoples’ skills in an engaging and inspiring manner. Ezz El Din holds a BSc. in Pharmacy and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh Business School). He is also a certified trainer (TOT) from Quest Human Development and Change Agents.
Better known as Chicco, Ezz El Din enjoys a myriad of hobbies and activities, including listening to music, playing sports, swimming, and traveling. He loves caring for animals and everything fitness-related. He would rather be relaxing in front of Lake Geneva right now, but equally enjoys conducting workshops and making people smile. He has a magical talent at making his workshops so interesting that the participants almost never want to leave at the end.

Mohamed Magdy is the Regional Business Development Manager at Bbusinesss, with 10 years of solid experiences in business development across the GCC. A goal- and result-oriented caliber, Magdy is an advocate for learning and development and aspires to inspire people. He specializes in leading and developing teams so that they can achieve their business objectives. Magdy graduated from the Faculty of Commerce with a major in Foreign Trade and has recently returned to Bbusinesss where he had spent the first 7 years of his career.
Magdy is a football fanatic in every sense. Known in the office as Megz or Mag, he’s the one talking about football 24/7. His perfect world would include anything to do with football, be it watching a live game in a stadium, playing football, or talking about football. He has an equal passion for reading and is most interested in self-development, psychology, and productivity books.

Hesham Zaky joined Bbusinesss as the Senior Technical Development Manager with more than 30 years of experience in sales, management, and learning and development. He has worked across various industries in the MENA region including FMCG, Hospitality, and Tourism. This has enriched Zaky’s exposure and experience with different markets and customer profiles, allowing him to excel in sales and customer service. Zaky holds a BA in Accounting and an MBA from the International Business School of Scandinavia (IBSS).
Zaky – or Hushy as his colleagues call him – is a spirited person who is known as the source of action in the office. He loves to tease Zamalek fans whenever they lose a football match. In another life Zaky would be riding his Harley Davidson with his girlfriend and cruising by the sea. He spends his free time traveling, listening to music, acting or directing, and playing football, snooker, or bridge.
Zheena Jean Vergara serves as the Operations Manager at Bbusinesss, where she ensures that the company’s activities are on-schedule in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With more than 14 years of experience, Vergara spent 9 of them as an operations manager. She holds a BA in Commerce with a major in Computer and has recently earned a certification in Human Resources Management from KHDA and Cambridge University.
Vergara, also known as ZJ, is an outgoing person who wholeheartedly embraces the concept of ongoing learning and development. She has stepped out of her comfort zone and discovered genuine joy and fulfilment in public speaking. Vergara enjoys reading and spending time outdoors, and she dreams of climbing the world’s highest mountains. In her free time, she helps an NGO coach young people about Leadership, Integrity, Family & Excellence (LIFE).
Heba Halawany is Bbusinesss’ Operations Specialist and known as the time-keeper to her colleagues (the company’s alarm). She is a highly-ambitious and self-driven person who has garnered 10 years of experience in administration and human resources coordination. Her lively and friendly personality enables her to communicate effectively with people and inspired her love to never stop learning about life and work. Halawany holds a BA in Business Administration and has transitioned from being a teacher to an administration and operation specialist.
Halawany is a fun-loving person and a positive outlook on life. She would prefer to spend her vacations somewhere far away by the beach, but she ends up devoting her free time to watch movies, read books, or hang out with her friends.

Mohamed Essa is the Financial Controller at Bbusinesss and, besides his official job at the company, he’s also the one keeping time in meetings that could otherwise go on forever. Essa graduated from Cairo University in 2006 with a BSc in Commerce and a specialization in Accounting. Throughout the past 14 years he has gained vast experience in his specialization across different functions and industries.
Mohamed Essa, known simply as Essa across the company, enjoys swimming and driving cars. If he wasn’t in the office right now, you’d probably find him watching penguins in Antarctica.
Rawan Saad is the Executive Assistant of Bbusinesss’ CEO, where she manages calendars, emails, PO approvals, and minutes of meetings. She holds a BA in Mass Communication from MSA University and has spent the past 5 years managing a similar role at Radio One Productions and Public Cloud Services.
Saad is known in the company as Rouka and is admired by all of her colleagues given her sweet nature and professional commitment to her work. She loves tennis and would rather spend her time sunbathing by the sea.
Safwat Al-Shazly is a creative instruction designer and language expert serving the role of Senior E-Learning Specialist at Bbusinesss. Upon obtaining his BA in Engineering from Al Azhar University, he found his passion in directing learning processes and spent 4 years sharpening his skills and learning how to best engage, motivate, and educated learners. His experience in local and multinational companies allowed him to further develop his program design skills and cultural exposure.
Al-Shazly is known amongst his friends and colleagues as Safsaf. He is the king of puns at the office, always making English and Arabic puns to put a smile on people’s faces. Al-Shazly has many hobbies including reading, writing, and listening to music. His favorite sports are football and martial arts, and he has a special interest for mathematics and physics. If he wasn’t at the office right now, Al-Shazly would be relaxing and watching the Breaking Bad series.
