“SAFEER” is a comprehensive development program which is specially designed to develop the national capacity. As we believe that developing and investing in the national human capital is a principle element and a cornerstone of the progress and development of the country; which helps in achieving the desired goals and translate the vision into reality.
The program has two development tracks for the national ambassadors; those who are “Tomor- row’s Pioneers” fresh graduated / entry level staff, and “Today’s Leaders” the current and newly hired managers, executives and leaders.
Both development tracks have two unique and flexible paths, the “The Core Path” is a founda- tion ground for both development tracks “Tomorrow’s Pioneers” and “Today’s Leaders”, which aims to assist the young people in acquiring the national identity and increase the awareness of the national vision. The track works on developing their skills and characteristics that will lead them to become personally successful, and actively engaged and productive citizens using the ultimate levels of creativity and innovation.
The “The Excellence Path” which consists of two different development tracks, “Tomorrow’s Pioneers” development track aims to develop their communication skills, help them to be an effective team members among their teams and acquire the time management skills. moreover, improve their customer interactions and enhance their customer service strategy. On the other hand, “The Excellence Path” emphasis on developing the strategic planning, thinking skills, lead- ership and coaching skills for “Today’s Leaders”.
